We are all influenced differently by these and other cycles, depending on our initial programming, which is interpreted from our astrological birth chart.

Hi, my name is Saila.

I am a social entrepreneur, astrologer and coach, working towards integrating polarities, connecting the dots to see the big picture, understanding meanings and telling more empowering stories of where we’ve been, where we are and where we’re going - weaving more heartful realities into being.

I’m a bridge-builder, connector and messenger at heart. However, I’m also a strategist and problem-solver, zooming in and out on situations to make the unconscious conscious and dig down to the root causes of issues to create sustainable transformation and healing.

To summarize, I love being able to illuminate the true potential I see in individuals and communities and help remove obstacles in the way of its authentic expression.

Any creation requires marrying the ‘real-life’ inner masculine and the intuitive and cyclical inner feminine. I've been there!

I've always felt like I'm on a big mission in this lifetime, yet used to struggle with what that big picture actually was. I felt like I was spreading myself too thin between different projects, roles, communities, skills, causes that I'd been involved in. Are these individual or group processes?

My astrocoaching packages are individual, one-on-one processes. The sessions are not part of any group training.

How will the sessions be done?

The sessions will be done as one-on-one video calls over Zoom, for which you will receive instructions ahead of time. If you wish, you can record the consultations over Zoom at no extra cost.

When will the sessions be done?

The sessions are carried out at mutually agreed times, approximately every 2-3 weeks. The interval will allow time for self-reflection, exploration and taking action on the matters discussed in the sessions, for which you will receive instructions to support you.

Why bring astrology into it? What on earth is it about?

For me, astrology is the most intricate, versatile, holistic, fascinating and useful lens (that I have come across) to understand why we act the way we do and how we can harness the combination of energies that are at play in our lives. Astrology helps us to respect the diversity of human existence and build compassion for ourselves and others.

Astrology is a symbolic language. It can help us to see and recognise different parts of ourselves, patterns of feeling, thought, action and programming, some of which may be subconscious whispers or something that seems to be working under the surface.

Astrology works on the hermetic principle of "as above, so below". According to this principle, everything in the universe is created from the same energetic building blocks, including us humans. Everything we experience in our outer life is a representation of our inner world. Therefore, the most effective way to bring about change in our lives is to bring the associated internal energies closer to balance - and this is where astrology can be a great basis for coaching.
